Refund Policy

Registration payments and related requests are reviewed using the submitted account and transaction records.

Pending registration

A registration payment remains pending until Admin checks the applicant, Sponsor ID, sender information, transaction reference and proof image.

Rejected registration

If payment is genuine but the account cannot be approved, Admin may review refund eligibility and record the decision according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Excluded cases

Fraudulent screenshots, chargebacks, false identity information, duplicate registrations, third-party misuse or policy violations may be excluded from refund consideration.

How to request review

Contact support with the registered username, sender name, sender account, payment method, transaction ID, date and clear proof.

Processing record

Any approved resolution should be linked to the verified payment details. Processing time can depend on verification and the payment provider.
